The outlet, located between the Times Square block on Jalan imbi and Pudu Jail, started business about 5 years ago. It sits quietly in a row of old shop lots and if you drive too fast you might miss it altogether. Customers tend to look for the large potted plants and the few tables placed outside its orangesignage. On the outside, the place looks like an ordinary stylish restaurant, but the atmosphere changes once you walk through its doors. The interior seems to be a tribute to the 1960s, with mod prints, artfully-designed furniture, beautifully intricate retro prints, vintage fabrics and several antique pieces.

Soft lighting give a romantic feel to the place, with translucent screens and plants used to divide the dinning area so that diners enjoy their own space and privacy. To add to the cosy mood, old jazz standards are played in the background. This unique atmosphere and the eclectic mix of furniture and textures attract graphic designers especially to the place. The menu had expand to more choices of variety recently. Besides that, 69 Bistro are well known of its horoscope and tarot card reading services. Dear valued customers and friends.
